In a stylistic departure from traditionally inspired designs, the architect’s own home relies on simple lines and a palate of pristine white stucco, richly finished cedar, and large expanses of glass that allow an effortless visual transition from indoor space to a simple but idyllic landscape. The energy conscious design is based on passive solar parameters and Energy Star guidelines, and is scheduled to receive a LEED certification for energy efficiency.
